Training
The training courses and programmes
offered by Medway College of Social Care (MCSC) will cover all
sectors of social care and will deliver training across three
areas:
- Competency and skill based short courses to equip individuals
with statutory and job specific skills.
- Schemes for new entrants.
- Staff and management training programmes and courses to develop
existing staff.
MCSC will facilitate training and development for all business
functions and support functions in social care, including:
- operations
- finance and payroll
- administration and secretarial
- other support functions.
