Training
The National Care Standards require
every company to provide a good sound induction to working with
people with learning difficulties when you first join. There is
also a requirement to train people working in care to meet the
National Occupational Standards through the new Qualifications
and Credit Framework (QCF). This is a good time to come into care
work, as there will be a lot of training to do the job.
