Training

On starting work you will receive comprehensive induction training that will ensure you have the basic skills and knowledge of good and safe practice. Following this induction all staff are encouraged to take NVQ qualifications to at least level 2 or 3 in social care. In addition you can expect a good employer to provide regular in-house training.
