Training

The training courses and programmes offered by Medway College of Social Care (MCSC) will cover all sectors of social care and will deliver training across three areas:

• Competency and skill based short courses to equip individuals with statutory and job specific skills.
• Apprenticeships for 16-18 year old new entrants.
• Staff and management training programmes and courses to develop existing staff.

MCSC will facilitate training and development for all business functions and support functions in social care, including:

• operations
• finance and payroll
• administration and secretarial
• other support functions.
