Qualifications
Above all the Home Carer must
have the personal qualities that enable them to provide help in a
caring and sensitive manner. Without a good outward going
personality and excellent conversational skills no amount of
training will make a skilled and caring Carer. Personal integrity,
trustworthiness and reliability are also qualities essential for
someone on whom some frail people will come to depend
upon.
